Our Process
After ordering, We will provide a written
quotation to you via email - please be sure to check your JUNK MAIL folder as email accounts such as Hotmail and Yahoo often place us there accidentally!
Once payment and your
design instructions have been received we will commence work on your magnet. You will receive an email of the first Draft Proof within
8 working days (normally sooner!).
During the next stage, you are able to advise any changes required to the first draft proof. We will then email a second proof with the revised changes free of charge. However third and subsequent design proofs required will be incur an additional design charge of $20.
After a final confirmation of your design, printing and despatch takes place within 3 working days!
PLEASE NOTE: Should you be supplying a guest list to personalise each invitation, please ensure that the list is sent with one invitation per line, and for the names to be presented exactly as you would like them to appear on your invitations - I.e. only use capital letters where applicable - please don't send the list in Caps Lock if you don't want it to appear like this. Please also consider the use of the "&" symbol and the word "and".
